The Opportunity: This role is your entry point into a fulfilling career in finance. With our specialized training program, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of our unique approach to capital markets and client service. Begin your journey by obtaining the Series 65 license with hands-on support from our expert training team. After earning your license, you will continue to develop your skills through mentorship to understand the technology and platforms we use to provide exceptional service to our clients. As you progress in this role, you will have the chance to take on more responsibilities and eventually manage your own roster of high-net-worth clients within our Premier Wealth Management team. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Collaborate with your team to serve clients effectively, acting as a liaison between our Investment Policy Committee (IPC) and clients. Engage with clients to review their asset allocation and ensure they are on track to meet their long-term financial goals. Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, educating them on our investment strategy and key market developments. Respond to client communications and work with internal teams to address operational requests efficiently. Your Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a client-facing, operational, administrative, or finance role. Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Willingness to obtain the Series 65 license; we provide extensive training and support to help you succeed. Strong consultative skills with a client-centered mindset. Compensation: Base salary ranging from $80,000 to $130,000 per year. Starting salary is dependent on experience. Opportunity for a discretionary bonus based on individual and firm performance.
