The Inventory Intake Coordinator will oversee the entry and internal movement of materials in the plant. Working hand-in-hand with production teams, you’ll ensure timely availability of materials for the manufacturing process.

Your Core Duties Include:
Dive into ERP platforms, particularly Odyssey, for order management.
Ensure inventory counts are accurate and comprehensive.
Engage in projects enhancing inventory storage and logistical flow.
Track product journeys from inception to consumer delivery.
Comply with all safety standards mandated by OSHA and company guidelines.
Engage with vendors for material counts and efficient intake processing.
Validate operational data and update client orders regularly.
Address document discrepancies with collaborative efforts.
Manage delivery schedules for advanced, metal, and component items.
What You Bring:
Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
Effective communication to lead and collaborate with teams.
Superior written and spoken communication skills.
High school diploma or its equivalent.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations.
