Integrated Paid Media Campaign Strategy Lead – Digital Video Advertising

Job Description: A hiring manager looking for Campaign Manager who can plan, execute, and analyse paid media campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of especially in AI and digital advertising spaces.
Responsibilities: Lead strategy and execution of marketing paid media campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of the products and features and deliver against learning agenda.
Guide and oversee campaign execution team (creative, analytics, finance, media lab) to ensure activities are aligned to business and campaign priorities, and help unlock and escalate activities that face roadblocks
Support and input on xSearch and xPA campaigns across strategy, features to be promoted and messaging based on business priorities and campaign best practices
Spearhead cross-functional Search initiatives , by setting the strategic direction for plans, features, promotional queries, and messaging and by connecting dots. Ensure alignment between teams, manage project execution, and maintain visibility on progress across the program.
Run campaign analysis as needed to unveil insights to inform plans
Develop messaging for new AI features to be used in consumer campaigns
Work closely with larger Search GTM team including O&O and Core PMM and xPA GTM team to ensure campaign is supporting and amplifying Search priorities
Stay connected with XPA teams to develop a global view on xPA campaign strategy and provide guidance to local teams
Socialize campaign performance , learning and insights with marketing community and xfun team to help inform broader acquisition strategy and new product development
Keep senior stakeholders informed about campaign performance and progress of activities through regular touchpoints - presentations, email updates, newsletters, and project trackers
Manage campaigns budget based on quarterly allocation including raising PO, managing forecasts and approving invoices
Experience: + years in tech marketing (ideally product, growth, or brand marketing).
Proven cross-functional project management skills.
Deep experience in digital advertising, especially performance measurement.
Ability to extract insights from data and translate findings into strategy.
Experience working across marketing channels (paid media, social, brand).
Expertise in digital video advertising (YouTube Ads, social, ASA).
Experience with AI/ML product marketing
