We offer competitive pay and a strong compensation structure, including a base salary plus monthly commissions and bonuses.

Starting salary is $35,000, with uncapped earning potential. Our current sales producers earn between $60,000 and $110,000 annually.

Responsibilities
  • Connect with prospective clients to understand their unique insurance requirements and recommend suitable coverage options.
  • Develop and present tailored insurance proposals that address individual needs and financial goals.
  • Manage your sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent client engagement.
  • Educate clients on policy details, coverage limits, and benefits with clarity and patience.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with the team to share insights and contribute to a positive sales environment.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in insurance sales or a closely related client-facing sales role.
  • A valid Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance License is preferred willing to train and licensing assistance available.
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport.
  • A genuine passion for helping people and understanding their insurance needs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfort with learning and utilizing new sales and CRM software.
