Qualifications
Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
Self-starter with a results-driven approach to generating leads and closing sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with popular computer software as well as State Farm systems and processes.
Strong listening, oral and written communications skills.
Highly motivated and resourceful to achieve results.
Ability to learn and apply product and customer knowledge to professionally service and assist in the marketing of State Farm products.
Ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to create and maintain business relationships with prospects and policyholders.
Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior.
Ability to organize and act on several activities concurrently.
Must be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities
Familiarity with insurance products and regulations.
Familiarity with digital marketing and internet lead generation.
Engage with existing clients to identify opportunities for additional coverage or policy upgrades.
Solicit referrals from existing clients and centers of influence.
Conduct needs analysis and present suitable insurance options.
Follow up on leads and referrals in a timely manner.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities.
Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide accurate information
