Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist customers with policy information, coverage options and claims processes.
• Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate data entry in our systems.
• Educate customers on available insurance products and services to enhance their coverage.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention of policies.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experiences.
• Stay updated on industry trends and Allstate products to provide informed advice.
• Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and processing payments.

Requirements:

• Active insurance license or willingness to obtain one within the first 45 days.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance management software.
• Positive attitude and a passion for helping others succeed.
