We represent major insurers and insureds in a wide range of complex litigation and coverage matters, * Insurance coverage disputes under CGL, umbrella, excess, D&O, E&O, and EPLI policies General liability, commercial auto, and trucking claims Labor Law, construction defect, and catastrophic injury cases Bad faith litigation, declaratory judgment actions, and risk allocation modeling Environmental liability, mass/toxic torts, and product liability Premises liability, personal injury, and professional malpractice defense Policy analysis and risk assessment for both first-party and third-party coverage issues
