ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Chad Elder - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have prior State Farm sales and systems experience (3+ years preferred).
Complete knowledge of ECRM, NECHO, Quoting software, Auto and Fire Underwriting Requests and BOD activities.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
