Culinary Instructors with Parks Tacoma share their passion for cooking by teaching community members a variety of culinary skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating shopping lists, preparing kitchen spaces, leading engaging classes, and handling cleanup. Instructors may also teach summer camps or support special events by cooking for different Parks Tacoma programs. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to travel between our four community centers, as well as to offsite locations using the Mobile Teaching Kitchen. This is a rewarding opportunity to inspire confidence in the kitchen, help participants gain practical life skills, and strengthen community connections through food. **Applications are reviewed as they are received.
