Who We're Looking For
We're looking for an Inside Sales/Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be positive, professional and detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to provide a great customer experience. The Inside Sales/Customer Service Specialist does not have supervisory responsibilities and will report to the Customer Service Manager.
What You'll Be Doing
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Know our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Process orders and requests
Ensure customer satisfaction and provides professional customer support
Troubleshoot common issues with a product or service
Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client's or customer's questions
Escalate queries and concerns
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Experience and Education Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and 6-12 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Computer skills required:
Spreadsheet Software (Excel)
Order Processing systems
Word Processing software (Word)
Email Software (Outlook)
Presentation software (PowerPoint)
Desired Skills
Multitasking, time management and organizational skills
Interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency with Sharepoint and CRM software
Analytical and problem solving skills
