DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Focus on sustaining and expanding the Drum Motor product line and all tasks associated
Receive and respond to customer requests with urgency and high detail
Quote and order entry for assigned products in SAP
Manage orders and follow up with customers with status updates
Identify and develop solutions for new applications using application data sheets, drawings, pictures, and customer questioning
Identify customer problems and areas for opportunity for new product sales
Prepare quotations with standard and custom products and solutions
Communicate to customers with speed and professionalism
Take phone calls and emails from customers and repair shops to assist with product problems and opportunities
Strategize on how to create new sales and new customers
Look at trends and help maintain appropriate inventory stock levels, will involve working with production and purchasing
Work with team mates to balance work loads to make fastest delivery for customer requests
Communicate about technical topics with customers and engineers
Potential for customer visits, Trainings, meetings, lunch and learns
Participate in all internal sales and project meetings
All other responsibilities as assigned

2 year or 4 year degree in business related concentration
Mechanical aptitude, experience with technical products or mechanical devices
Possess the ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, technical procedures, and regulations.
Possess advanced communication skills and the ability to write reports and correspondence
Possess the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and customers
Self-motivated, able to work unsupervised and manage time effectively
8. Advanced computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, SAP experience a plus
Ability to understand, interpret and discuss detailed engineering drawings
Ability to assess application needs and provide solutions with custom products
Possess good judgment and decision-making ability
Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of people
Ability to solve math problems and understand calculations
Advanced written and oral communication skills
Ability to speak in front of a group
