About the Role We are looking for someone who wants to grow fast and win. If you love a good challenge, enjoy talking to people, and want to work at a company that rewards effort and results, this is for you. As an Inside Sales Rep, you will talk to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare leaders every day. You will explain how KODE helps fix one of the biggest pain points in coding, finding great coders. You will use tools like HubSpot to stay organized and track your outreach. Your goal is to set up meetings, help close deals, and be part of a fun and fast team.

What You Will Do · Call and email new leads every day · Book meetings for the sales team · Help explain how KODE works and why we are different · Follow a clear process and use your training to get better every week · Keep track of all your work in HubSpot · Learn fast, ask questions, and try new things · Celebrate wins and learn from losses

What We Are Looking For · 1 to 3 years of sales experience at companies like Cintas, device sales, payroll software, or similar · You are comfortable making lots of calls every day · You love to learn and want to grow fast in your career · You follow a process and like using CRM’s like HubSpot or Salesforce · You are coachable and work hard · You are positive, gritty, and do not give up · You like working remote and managing your own day · Bonus if you have training in Challenger, Sandler, or HubSpot
