Description: This person will greet homeowners, guide them through our window and door products, enter and track orders, and support the production/warehouse teams by ensuring accurate and timely information flow. We will provide full training on our products and processes — we just need someone who is personable, dependable, and eager to learn.

Welcome walk-in homeowners and provide basic information on vinyl and aluminum window/door products Assist customers in understanding product options, pricing, and available upgrades Prepare quotes and enter sales orders into our CRM system Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and order notes Coordinate with production to ensure orders are processed correctly and on time Schedule customer pickup appointments and confirm completed orders Communicate order status updates to customers Support showroom organization, product displays, and general front office duties Answer phone calls and emails related to sales, orders, and customer inquiries Requirements:

Strong people skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude Reliable, dependable, and professional Basic computer proficiency — must be able to use email, CRM, and order entry systems Able to learn product details and explain them clearly to customers Good attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Willingness to train and grow in the role Experience in retail, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus but not required
