Role Overview The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for outbound lead generation and proposal development within our BREPM channel—working with General Contractors, Custom Homebuilders, and Commercial Property Managers. You will be the front end of the sales engine: creating opportunities, qualifying prospects, generating estimates, and setting high-quality appointments for Outside Sales Reps. This role rewards consistency, organization, and follow-through. Core Responsibilities Outbound prospecting via phone, email, text, and video
Establish and nurture relationships with: General Contractors
Custom Homebuilders
Commercial Property Managers
Generate qualified leads and roofing proposals (primary KPIs)
Quoting and estimating roofing projects
Schedule and qualify appointments for Outside Sales Representatives
Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline tracking in JobNimbus
Use ChatGPT and Mailchimp to support outreach, follow-up, and campaigns
Consistently hit activity, lead, and proposal targets
What Success Looks Like Predictable outbound activity
Consistent flow of qualified builder and commercial roofing leads
Accurate, timely proposals that convert
Clean handoffs to Outside Sales
High trust with builder and property manager partners
Required Skills & Experience Experience selling to builders, general contractors, or commercial property managers
Strong phone presence and written communication
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time in a fast-paced environment
