Inside Sales Customer Service Specialist

We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage customer orders, communicate updates, and support both the sales and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth and accurate order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and manage customer purchase orders, quotes, and acknowledgments.
- Collaborate with sales, customers, and manufacturing to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
- Provide ongoing customer communication and support via phone and email.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Keep organized records of orders and shipments.
Requirements:
- Customer service experience in a manufacturing setting preferred (not call center).
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Outlook; Excel knowledge is a plus.
- Basic math skills and ability to understand product details.
- Team-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
