Job Summary The Inside Sales Administrator is responsible for coordinating and supporting the client contract renewal process to help ensure strong client retention and consistent annual recurring revenue (ARR). This administrative role involves preparing vendor quotes, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting efforts to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
Success in this role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple administrative processes that contribute to a smooth and timely renewal experience for clients.

Duties and Responsibilities · Support the end-to-end client renewal process by managing timelines, documentation, and client communication to ensure successful contract renewals · Intake quote requests and work with manufacturers and distributors to ensure accurate pricing · Partner with sales and customer success teams to build renewal strategies that meet client needs and budget constraints · Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on evolving client IT needs (e.g., cybersecurity, cloud, device management) · Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams · Maintain accurate client data in the CRM system, including contract terms, renewal dates, and interaction history · Monitor client satisfaction and service usage to reduce churn and strengthen long-term relationships · Stay current on K–12 education trends, IT challenges, and funding cycles to provide informed, consultative guidance · Contribute to ongoing improvements in tools, processes, and best practices to enhance renewal effectiveness Requirements: Required Skills and Abilities 2+ years of experience in inside sales, renewals, account management, or customer success, preferably in IT services or EdTech Proven success in meeting or exceeding revenue and retention goals Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with K–12 stakeholders Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Self-motivated, collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills Preferred: Knowledge of K–12 IT needs such as network infrastructure, cybersecurity, or device management Understanding of school district funding and budgeting processes (e.g., E-Rate) Physical Requirements Extended viewing of computer screen. Sitting for extended periods of time. Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise and temperature changes. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in business, education, technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
