Staffmark is hiring an Industrial Sewing Machine Operator in Crowley, LA ! Looking to stitch together a solid career? We're hiring motivated individuals to operate industrial sewing machines at a local manufacturing facility. No prior experience? No problem - we provide training!

Pay: $12.00/hour

Schedule: 4:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Full-time, set schedule)

Responsibilities:

Operate sewing machines to join, hem, or reinforce industrial bags. Place spools of thread and thread machines accurately. Load rolls onto machine and monitor machine operation. Guide materials under needle using edge guides or seam markers. Inspect stitching quality and report any defects or machine issues. Check finished bags for printing accuracy and material flaws. Select appropriate sewing supplies such as thread, tape, piping, etc. Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Strong attention to detail. Willingness to learn new skills and work in a fast-paced environment.
