Responsibilities
Provide clinical services such as immunizations (COVID-19, flu) and medication therapy management (MTM) interventions in compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
Engage and assist customers with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
Resolve customer issues in a timely manner and answer questions to enhance satisfaction.
Model and share best customer service practices with team members.
Build strong relationships with high-value customers by anticipating needs and offering appropriate services.
Support expanded healthcare services including patient consultation, medication management, drug therapy reviews, and immunizations.
Adhere to Good Faith Dispensing policies and all state/federal controlled substance laws.
Maintain current pharmacy and healthcare knowledge through continuing education and assigned training modules.
Stay informed of developments in pharmacy, retail, and healthcare services.
Requirements
BS in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited institution
Current Pharmacist license in Missouri
Certified Immunizer

A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.
