Identity & Access Management Support Specialist
We are looking for an IAM Support Specialist to provision access to internally managed applications and systems. You will be responsible for creating accounts for Active Directory and various banking applications. The position is liable for ensuring that associate requests for security access is completed in a timely manner. You will perform ticket management and escalation duties. Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve access issues quickly. You should have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users.
Essential Job Functions:
- Responding to and resolving escalated Service Desk tickets for all IAM related issues
- Performing account analysis between AD, O365, etc. to true up accounts, ensure terminations are in sync for Seacoast Access in-scope identities
- De-provisioning/provisioning accounts related to employee transfers
- Add, modify and remove user access from windows domains and banking systems
- Provide on-site and remote assistance in resolving technology support issues
- Support technology implementations/upgrades
- Monitor and assign incoming access requests and escalate as required
- Perform self-audits of user access in coordination with the information security department
- Ability to manage multiple activities and tasks simultaneously
- Identity lifecycle and role management
- Develop and document operational processes and standard operating procedures
- Data analysis of users, groups, and associated permissions
- Participate in M&A activities
- Adhere to Seacoast Bank's Code of Conduct
- Other duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills including the ability to articulate requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Exceptionally self-motivated, effective multitasker, thrives in a small team environment
- Possess excellent analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
- Ticket management, customer service, and knowledge of least privilege methodology with security rights, permissions, and groups.
- Good understanding of RBAC methodologies
- Familiarity with PCI and SOX audit programs
- Prior experience with identity management tools (e.g. RSA IG&L, SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta)
- Ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience working within the information security and/or identity management disciplines
- Knowledge and experience with Active Directory, LDAP, DB, AWS IAM, UNIX/Linux
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Information Security
- Prior experience with identity management tools (e.g. RSA IG&L, SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta)
- ITIL, Microsoft or security industry certifications are a plus
