Description: We are seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will work under the direct supervision of the Head Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care. You will demonstrate expertise in the nursing process, contribute to patient assessments, and assist in creating and evaluating individualized nursing care plans. You will share accountability for the care of specific patients and the overall patient population. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. At least six (6) months of recent experience as a professional nurse. Required Skills: Proficiency in at least 50% of Level II nursing skills. Current Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR certification or obtain within 30 days of hire. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 1 year of hire. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required within 1 year of hire. Completion of a Basic Arrhythmia Class within 1 year of hire. Required Licenses: Valid Registered Nurse license to practice in the state.
