Advise ICITAP HQ on strategy and implementation of all facets of this program, to include preventing untrusted security screening equipment from entering municipal, state, national, and regional government procurement channels in the EU.

Provide ongoing consultation as needed to foreign government officials on risk analysis, cost comparisons, and security concerns related to screening equipment from various trusted and untrusted vendors.
Conduct specialized onsite presentations, seminars, and meetings related to drafting and adopting new EU procurement guidelines that exclude untrusted vendors.
