About the Role Were seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Tax Accountant to join our dynamic team in a hybrid role based out of Irvine, CA. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse client base in a collaborative and supportive environment. You'll be responsible for managing complex tax returns, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services to clients Conduct tax research and stay current with changing tax laws and regulations Identify and mitigate tax risks Mentor and guide junior accounting staff Communicate with clients to gather information, explain findings, and provide recommendations Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance

Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field (CPA Required) Minimum 35 years of relevant public accounting or tax experience Strong knowledge of federal and state tax codes and regulations Experience with tax software and accounting platforms Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
