HVAC/R Service Technician (Commercial / Industrial )

Hourly Rate: $37.00-$42.00 with Company Van
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair commercial and industrial HVAC/R systems.
- Must have experience with chillers, cooling towers, condenser units, rooftop units
- Test and record electrical, pneumatic, and gas systems.
- Test and record liquid systems.
- Perform repairs in accordance with local building codes and company policies.
- Maintain accurate logs of work performed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an HVAC/R technician
- Must have EPA 608 Universal
- 7 years of experience in HVAC service or repair.
- Strong knowledge of air conditioning and heating systems
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Familiarity with HVAC codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent technical skills with the ability to interpret mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and water systems.
- Ability to pass a background check.
