We are seeking a Maintenance Person specializing in HVAC to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Job Responsibilities:
Facility Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and functionality of the facility.
Conduct inspections and identify areas requiring repair or improvement.
Address minor repairs promptly and report major issues to the appropriate personnel.
Equipment Maintenance and Setup: Able to setup and wire new machines.
Maintain and repair crafting equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with the production team to schedule preventive maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure working environment.
Conduct regular safety inspections and address potential hazards.
Participate in safety training sessions and ensure compliance among team members.
Inventory Management: Keep track of maintenance supplies and initiate orders as needed.
Monitor inventory levels and report to the supervisor when replenishment is required.
Collaboration: Communicate effectively with other team members to coordinate maintenance activities.
Work closely with the production and warehouse teams to address maintenance-related issues.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in maintenance roles, preferably in a manufacturing or production setting.
Knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Basic computer skills for logging and tracking maintenance tasks.
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
