• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems with accuracy and professionalism
• Communicate repair needs and solutions clearly to homeowners
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure peak system performance
• Educate customers on HVAC equipment, options, and energy-saving upgrades
• Support and train less experienced team members
• Follow all safety and local code requirements
• Adapt to company needs and contribute to team success

• EPA Certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
• Minimum 5 years of HVAC service experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn
• Physically able to lift 50–100 lbs, work in attics/crawl spaces, and outdoors
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening
