Luxury Comfort Solutions is looking for a teammate with integrity, character, and energy to join our HVAC service and maintenance team. This person will exude confidence, maintain a positive outlook, and demonstrate a servant-leader mindset. This is a hands on, let’s figure this out kind of job. As a Service Technician, you will perform maintenance and service on various air quality systems such as ACs, furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, roof top units, and mini-splits. Main duties include locating and diagnosing maintenance problems on equipment, conducting warranty services, quickly performing emergency repairs, and conducting routine preventative maintenance. You will work with residential and commercial customers to identify and prioritize their specific situation/needs and communicate information back to the team. 2 years minimun of HVAC service and maintenance experience is required.
You are: able to arrive on time positive with your attitude and maintain strong customer service skills Excellent with verbal communication skills great at organizing tasks resourceful and not afraid to learn proficient with prioritizing tasks and solve problems like a ninja passionate about your quality of work
You will: ensure jobs are completed to established quality standards organize yourself to maximize job efficiency be oncall 1 week per month for emergency service calls trouble shoot and perform maintenance on residential and commercial equipment meet local HVAC codes write detailed notes of work performed at various job sites continue your education in the trade and be a good teammate have a clean driving record
