What You’ll Do As the HR Partner (HRP) your focus will be on the day-to-day employee relations activities as well as managing the administration of HR policies and procedures for your assigned areas. You will serve as the primary HR contact for front-line leaders and employees to answer questions, provide coaching and ongoing guidance for employee relations issues and investigations. The HRP also serves as a strategic partner to senior leaders to support the overall organizational strategies and goals as well as supporting the design and execution of HR programs and operations across the employee life-cycle. This position has intermittent travel within the assigned service area as needed in Western NC. How You’ll Benefit You’ll earn a competitive salary depending on skills and experience . This full-time, position offers a flexible schedule Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. We also offer competitive benefits for benefits eligible positions.
