Job Description: This role provides broad HR support across areas like employee relations, compliance, HR administration, and talent support. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing day-to-day HR operations while also assisting in strategic projects that promote organizational culture, compliance, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities: Employee Support & Relations: Respond to employee questions about HR policies, benefits, and procedures Support managers in handling performance-related matters and employee relations Conduct or assist in investigations and employee exit processes HR Administration & Process Management: Maintain and update HR systems, files, and records Process employee changes including onboarding, offboarding, and employment updates Track and support leaves of absence, ADA accommodations, and return-to-work procedures Assist with internal HR programs such as reviews, compensation cycles, and engagement initiatives Compile and deliver regular and ad hoc reports for leadership Compliance & Policy: Ensure practices are aligned with local, state, and federal employment regulations Help maintain and roll out HR policies and procedures Talent & Projects: Assist with recruiting and applicant tracking Collaborate on benefits administration and open enrollment support Contribute to department-wide HR initiatives and provide backup to team members as needed Qualifications: 3+ years of human resources experience, preferably in a generalist role Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
