STUDENT PROGRAM FORMAT This student program will follow a hybrid/in-person model. Students will be based at the Stellantis Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, MI and are expected to work on-site up to 3 to 5 days per week, depending on business needs. Students are expected to work 24 hours per week, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Candidates who are selected for the program will work with their manager to determine a consistent weekly work schedule where candidates fulfill the 24-hour requirement, while balancing their class schedule. During the summer months, student employees may potentially work 40 hours per week. This determination will be at management’s discretion. Applications are accepted year-round, and student program cohorts start on a quarterly basis in January, April, June, and September, and students are intended to stay in the program until graduation.

DEPARTMENT DETAILS
We are looking for a passionate and purpose-driven student employee to join our Human Resources (HR) team, focusing on Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Marketing and Employer Branding. This role is ideal for students who are energized by inclusive storytelling, social impact, and building a workplace culture where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. You’ll help amplify our D&I efforts through creative campaigns, content, and communications that reflect our values and elevate diverse voices across the organization.
Key responsibilities:
· Support the creation and execution of D&I-focused marketing campaigns that highlight our inclusive culture, business resource groups (BRGs), and community partnerships.
· Develop content for internal and external channels, including social media, intranet, newsletters, and recruiting platforms.
· Assist in planning and promoting events such as cultural heritage celebrations, awareness months, and inclusive hiring initiatives. · Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and Internal Communications to ensure D&I is embedded in all messaging.
· Track engagement metrics and gather feedback to continuously improve messaging and impact. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Pursuing an associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university
Ability to work 24 hours per week, year-round PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Sociology, or a related field
Currently a Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior at an accredited university at the time of hire
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a passion for equity and inclusion
Strong project management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content creation
Creative thinker with an eye for inclusive design and messaging; experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, graphic design, or video tools is a plus
