Shift: Day Schedule: Flexible, includes Thursdays Hours: 9-5 with a 30-minute lunch Responsibilities:
The HR Assistant will be responsible for: Supporting HR with administrative duties Answering phone calls and email inquiries Managing office supplies for HR staff Distributing HR communications Updating and maintaining HRIS systems Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience High School diploma or equivalent None required Proficiency in data entry Experience with HRIS systems Knowledge of MS Office Strong communication skills Attention to detail Organizational skills Desired Skills: 2-3 years of experience Associate degree in HR or related field HR certification (PHR preferred) Experience with SAP Ability to handle confidential information
