We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role supports local, regional, and corporate HR initiatives while ensuring fair and consistent treatment of staff. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in HR compliance and full-cycle recruiting, along with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations and employment laws Investigate employee concerns related to working conditions, discipline, and appeals Advise leadership on HR-related issues and recommend best practices Support performance management processes including coaching, training, and reviews Partner with leaders to develop and implement effective staffing plans Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent while reducing turnover Set goals and objectives for employee relations initiatives Support labor relations to foster a positive working environment Design and administer compensation policies and planning strategies Communicate HR policies and programs effectively to staff Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field PHR or SPHR certification preferred Experience: 2-5 years of Human Resources experience 3+ years in a supervisory role preferred (or equivalent combination of training and experience) Skills: Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations Experience in recruiting, staffing, and HR compliance Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various HRIS platforms
