GET TO KNOW THE ROLE: This is a full-time position with typical hours of 8 AM to 5 PM, five days a week. You will need to be available on weekends and on-call for holidays. As the Hotel Maintenance Chief, your primary responsibility is maintaining the entire building. This involves conducting preventive maintenance checklists and inspections throughout the hotel, as well as assisting maintenance workers with guest room maintenance. The role is fast-paced and can be high-stress at times. However, it's also rewarding and exciting to troubleshoot and resolve issues and receive positive guest feedback regarding your work. As the sun sets on another busy day, you leave feeling fulfilled, knowing that your hard work has contributed to the overall success of the hotel.
