Position Highlights
Focus exclusively on Stroke/Neurocritical Care - no general cardiology or admissions Modern Stroke Floor and Neuro ICU with state-of-the-art technology Procedural support includes lumbar puncture and basic ultrasound-guided interventions Robust Neuro ICU and specialist support manage all admissions and general medical care 7-on/7-off schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM On-site coverage for seamless access to Stroke Floor and Neurocritical Care Large catchment area with referrals from across Oklahoma Fully established Neurology and Neurointerventional programs and multidisciplinary support Practice Environment
Collaborative and physician-led Strong subspecialty support in Neurocritical Care, Stroke/Vascular Neurology, and Neurointerventional EP-dedicated procedural time Access to advanced cardiac imaging, PET, CT, MRI Academic affiliation with Internal Medicine and Transitional Year residents Supportive culture described as team-first and growth-minded 24/7 neurosurgery and neurointerventional support Level III Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center 773 licensed beds and 48 ICU beds across two dedicated units The region's only facility offering TAVR and Watchman procedures On-campus pain management, psych, imaging, and diagnostic labs Home to 840+ medical students Compensation and Benefits
