* 132 Hospital Beds * Level IV Trauma Center * Closed ICU * 7 on / 7 off * CHRISTUS model is for ED Physicians to mandatorily respond to codes. ICU docs typically respond as well. * EMR: Epic * Staffing Model:

* Day: 2 Physicians + 1 NPPA (7am-7pm) * Night: 1 NPPA (7pm-7am)

* NPPA Requirements:

* Only accept ACNP or PA * Must have at least 1 year of experience in hospital medicine * Physician Requirements:

* Must obtain board certification within 6 years of residency completion
