Not another LLM wrapper.We are building the ops layer — a full-stack, agent-native infrastructure system designed to replace the human in the ops layer with intelligent memory and advanced learning, across enterprise.We've started in real estate and we're ready to scale that as we also quickly launch into: Automotive, healthcare, and insurance.We’ve started in real estate:Live agent loops are runningSellers are getting scored, qualified, and moved — autonomouslyOffers are being made by an AI agent with memory and modular logicCapital partners are watchingEnterprise channels are openingAnd the system is already pushing past what anyone expectedNow we need someone dangerous.You’re at an AI Startup, Google, or Meta — and you’re bored because nothing shipsYou’ve built scalable backends, modular agent flows, or infra that needed to just workYou understand that autonomous ops is the real play, not GPT-in-a-boxYou want to win. Like “sleep on racks if it means we take the hill” winImmediately:Close out key live loops in our real estate verticalPatch signal → response flows in Supabase / OpenAI / Vapi / n8nTighten the scoring logicShip clean fallbacks and stabilize the loopSimultaneously:Build parallel modules for enterprise workflows (ServiceNow, Salesforce, voice scheduling, etc.)Help architect the long-term infra layer across compute, ML, and integrationWork directly with the founder (MIT alum, real estate & systems deep, not another tourist)Join active conversations with capital partners and enterprise buyers as we deploy TIM into other operational nodes What This Role Really Is:This is not a traditional CTO role — not yet.And this is not just a contractor gig either.This is a founding engineer seat for someone who:Wants to build the company, not just the codeThrives in a live, back-and-forth loop — pushing product in hours, not weeksIs comfortable in chaos, and finds flow in momentumCan jump on a call, debug with me, fix a loop, and ship it live without needing a specSees infra - Vapi, Supabase, n8n, OpenAI, etc., and just gets it (or figures it out instantly)You’ll ship with me live, often daily, until we get out of the mud.If you’re thinking, “Can we push to prod in the next 30 minutes?” — you’re already the type.If you’re looking for a big team, stable product, or perfect documentation — this ain’t it.But if you’re hungry to own a vertical, launch fast, and build something legendary — let’s go.
