The Assistant Director of Education is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily educational programs and initiatives within en Avant School, an outreach academy bringing high quality dance opportunities and tutoring to youth from underserved families. This position requires a visionary leader who can strategically manage educational operations in close cooperation with the Director of Education. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in dance pedagogy, academics and communication.
