Start Date: ASAP End Date: October 2025 Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Call: 2-3 weekday call shifts/week plus 1 weekend every 10 weeks EMR: Epic Clinical Details
Setting: Inpatient and outpatient Responsibilities include: new consults, ongoing treatment, symptom management, hospital rounds, and care coordination Support services: genetic counseling, nurse navigators, survivorship care, psycho-social support Infusion center and specialty pharmacy on site Requirements
Board Certified or Eligible in Hematology and Oncology Active OK license or IMLC ACLS, BLS, ATLS Fellowship in Hematology/Oncology Clean history Skills Needed
