We are excited to welcome passionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dedicated team! Key Responsibilities: Provide detailed and informative nursing notes that reflect the care given to residents and their responses. Manage and maintain required recordkeeping forms and charts during resident admission, transfer, and discharge. Prepare and administer medications as prescribed by the physician. Requirements: A valid CT LPN License. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Current CPR, ACLS, or BLS Certification.
