Head Trainer This is a part-time on-site role for a Head Trainer located in Athens, GA. We're looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and motivated Head Coach to lead our training team and deliver an exceptional member experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong leadership skills, and is passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead by example in coaching dynamic, high-energy F45 workouts. Mentor and manage the training team to maintain excellence in coaching standards. Ensure every member receives personalized attention, motivation, and support. Assist in onboarding and developing new coaches. Collaborate with studio management to drive member retention and engagement. Maintain a clean, safe, and motivating studio environment. Qualifications: Current Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, NSCA, or equivalent). Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is beneficial. Current CPR/AED certification. 2+ years of group training or personal training experience (F45 experience preferred). Strong communication and leadership skills.
