About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Marketing to spearhead the dual-market strategy for its expanding gaming brand. This senior leadership role is pivotal in leading the full-funnel marketing strategy, with a strong focus on affiliate marketing, paid media, and the unique requirements of both U.S. sweepstakes and international crypto audiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing multi-channel acquisition strategies, building and scaling high-performing affiliate programs, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies. A key aspect of the role is the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for the new crypto casino offering, including user acquisition, retention, and community engagement in international markets.
Candidates for the Head of Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in growth or performance marketing, with a proven track record in scaling digital marketing programs. Deep expertise in affiliate marketing, influencers, and paid media is essential, and experience in launching or scaling crypto casinos or blockchain-based gaming products is a strong plus. The role requires a leader with a passion for gaming, crypto, and performance-based growth, who is comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-style environment and is adept at both hands-on execution and strategic oversight. The Head of Marketing will also be responsible for brand messaging and positioning, ensuring that the marketing activities resonate with the target audiences in both the sweepstakes and crypto gaming markets.
