About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Product Marketing to establish and lead the product marketing function. This role is pivotal in a mission-driven SaaS environment, where the focus is on transforming the sharing of complex, technical information. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and owning the product marketing organization, leading all aspects of product marketing, and developing narratives and campaigns that effectively communicate value to both technical users and enterprise buyers. Collaboration with product, design, sales, and demand generation teams is essential to drive user growth and revenue impact. The Head of Product Marketing will also shape the go-to-market strategy for new features and product lines and serve as the voice of the customer, gathering insights to create clear and actionable messaging.
Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in product marketing, preferably in high-growth B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of product launches and scaling marketing functions. The role requires the ability to translate complex, technical ideas into compelling narratives, a deep understanding of go-to-market strategy, and user segmentation. Experience in supporting sales and demand generation teams with strong enablement and pipeline-driving content is also necessary. The ideal candidate is a builder, a storyteller, a partner, and a coach, who is excited to define the function and grow a team in a dynamic, high-impact environment. Exposure to AI products, developer platforms, or scientific/technical user bases is a bonus.
