We are looking for new team members who are passionate about youth development, making a difference, and having an impact in the community. The DNOVA Creative Center (DCC) is a vibrant hub designed for high school students to collaborate, learn, and grow. Serving as an after-school space during the week, the DCC also hosts private events, workshops, and community gatherings. It fosters creativity, STEM learning, and community engagement. The DCC Group Leader is the primary mentor for our students and responsibilities include facilitating scheduled programming, mentoring students, communicating with constituents, and supporting the site team, among other duties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Mentor DNOVA Creative Center students. Maintain a positive classroom environment. Gather data about the students and program. Facilitate scheduled programming and lessons. Keep close communication with parents, students, and staff.

QUALIFICATIONS The DCC Group Leader will be thoroughly committed to DNOVA Institute's mission.

Demonstrable experience and other qualifications include: Higher Education Certification or degree in STEM, Education, Youth Development, Social Work or related fields. Experience working with children and parents. Experience with program coordination/management, supervision, education, teaching, and development preferred. Action-oriented, adaptable, proactive, and innovative approach to solve challenges. Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups of people, as well as independently.
