The Role

A great fit for a designer early in their career who's smart, humble, and hungry. You'll build real portfolio pieces fast, designing for web, social, events, and sales, while learning how brand supports product launches and revenue. We move quickly; you'll take ownership, learn fast, and pitch in during key moments (yes, occasional evenings/weekends for big launches).

What You'll Do

Create graphics for social posts, event materials, web pages, and sales campaigns. Support brand campaigns and AI product launches with clean, modern visuals. Help maintain and evolve our brand system across channels (web, social, email, events, sales). Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales to deliver creative that aligns to goals. Contribute ideas in creative brainstorms, rapid concepting, and content planning. Prepare assets for handoff (organized files, exports, specs) and uphold quality in fast sprints. Who You Are 0-2 years design experience (freelance, internships, school projects all welcome). A portfolio showing strong layout, typography, and creative thinking (link required). Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Figma. Basic understanding of branding and visual systems. Ownership mindset, you seek feedback, iterate quickly, and ship. Bonus: motion graphics, Canva, After Effects, Lottie (nice to have, not required). On-site in Provo, UT (this role is office-based). Your First 90 Days (come curious) Month 1: Learn our brand + design toolkit; ship a social asset set and event one-pagers; shadow an AI product launch. Month 2: Co-own a campaign (social + email + landing visuals); create a light motion or micro-interaction; document component usage.
