Secure Base Counseling Center (SBCC) is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated graduate level clinical intern to join our team as a mental health therapist. Location: Northfield or New Prague, MN
Type: Part-time (flexible scheduling but some after school or evening hours required)
Compensation: $2500 stipend per semester available
Position Details: Learn from other therapists through shadowing opportunities
Carry a caseload of therapy clients in one of our outpatient clinics
Learn how to work with clients of all ages and backgrounds
Provide systemic, trauma-informed care through an attachment lens
Learn how to write diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes that meet DHS standards
Grow professionally through a supportive, reflective supervisor relationship

Qualifications: Enrolled in a master's program in Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy
Strong communication skills and a commitment to client-centered care

Application Process: We are currently hiring interns for the winter and spring semesters of the 2025 - 2026 school year.
Intern applications are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year.
