Job Summary:
Service Advisors listen to customer's description of vehicle issues, asks follow-up questions to better assess the problem, inspects the vehicle on intake, determines the source of the issue, and provides suggestions for the best way to fix the vehicle.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Generates pre-work order information including warranty and customer contract; Responds to customer requests regarding recalls and product information; Prioritizes and controls comeback service orders; Repair order documentation: complaint, cause, and correction; Schedules appointments; Keeps customers informed about repair progress and status; Performs other related duties consistent with the role; this does not preclude management from assigning additional, though unrelated, duties. Requirements Valid Driving License; Acceptable Driving Record; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Excellent time management skills; Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
