This team is nationally recognized as a top-tier group handling some of the most sophisticated transactions in the aviation, rail, and maritime finance space. About the Role The group represents major banks, leasing companies, airlines, private equity firms, and institutional investors in high-value transactions involving: Acquisition and leasing of aircraft, railcars, vessels, and other specialty assets

Cross-border and domestic structured finance

Restructurings, workouts, and enforcement matters

You’ll work alongside over 60 attorneys in a collaborative environment that provides early client exposure and encourages business development participation. This team has been ranked Band 1 nationwide by Chambers USA for nearly two decades. Ideal Candidate Qualifications 2–7 years of transactional experience at a law firm.

Strong drafting and negotiation skills.

Background in any of the following areas: aviation finance, structured finance, leveraged finance, maritime, real estate finance, project finance, capital markets, securitization, or private equity.

Experience juggling multiple deals at once and managing timelines independently.

J.D. from a respected institution with strong academic credentials.

Admitted in Florida or actively pursuing Florida Bar admission.
