The Global Connectivity Systems Specialist - Cybersecurity is responsible for leading the strategic development, operation, and continuous improvement of Stellantis' global cybersecurity systems related to vehicle connectivity and mobility services. This role bridges innovation and system services, ensuring secure design, deployment, and management of cybersecurity features across connected products and infrastructure.
Key responsibilities:
Innovation Services:
Lead the technical strategy and architecture for global connectivity cybersecurity systems.
Provide cybersecurity consulting and Technical Support for product design and software feature integration (e.g., SPAAK- Smartphone As A Key).
Support innovation initiatives in emerging domains such as mobility, smart infrastructure (smart charging, V2X), and ADAS.
Collaborate with product and R&D teams to embed cybersecurity into future vehicle and infrastructure capabilities.
Manage the lifecycle of the digital certificates, keys, and credentials, including issuance, renewal, revocation, and backup
System Services: Own and manage global cybersecurity connectivity systems (e.g., Global CS Services "Bridges" and Authenticated Diagnostics Access Bridge).
Develop, operate, and mature Stellantis' cybersecurity systems for connectivity, ensuring scalability and resilience.
Drive improvements in service usability and consumer satisfaction, working closely with Tier 1 suppliers and service providers.
Manage relationships with external service providers, ensuring alignment with cybersecurity standards and performance expectations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product area, Engineering, Product CyberSecurity, and ICT teams to align system capabilities with enterprise cybersecurity strategy.
Support integration of cybersecurity into legacy systems and IAM frameworks as needed per region.
Collaborate with legal, finance, and procurement teams on contract management and compliance during transitions to decentralized Product Services Lines ownership.
A driving force in the transformation, consolidation and convergence of legacy solutions toward the new standards defined by the company (bridges, vehicle certificates, software platform, monitoring and data analysis, among others)
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in managing global cybersecurity systems, preferably in automotive or mobility sectors.
Strong understanding of connectivity technologies, cybersecurity frameworks, and regulatory environments.
Experience with Tier 1 supplier ecosystems and service provider management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
3+ years of experience in PKI implementation and management
Strong knowledge of the PKI standards, protocols, and best practices
Proficient in the use of PKI tools and software, such as OpenSSL (Preferably), Microsoft CA, EJBCA, etc.
Familiar with the security and privacy challenges and requirements of the car manufacturing domain
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
Certifications in PKI, security, cryptography, or car manufacturing domain are a plus (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 24089, ISO 21434, UN R155/156)
