About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Global Business Development Manager to firstly drive business development in the US and South American markets and secondly rollout learnings to the RoW, targeting Fortune 500 companies with global footprints. This pivotal role will bridge strategic C-suite engagement and operational execution to expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Market development
Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify high-potential sectors for our bird control solutions globally.
Develop and execute strategies to capture market share, presenting actionable insights to the CEO and both Head of Sales and Service.
Collaborate with the global marketing team to align campaigns with market opportunities and drive effective marketing strategies.
Business development
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at large-scale enterprises, including C-suite executives and operational leaders.
Introduce Bird Control Groups innovative solutions to new clients, creating demand for technologies they may not yet know exist.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Sales strategy
Partner with regional marketing and sales teams to design and implement targeted strategies that boost demand and sales volume.
Develop seasonal campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team to meet annual budget targets.
Leverage CRM tools (HubSpot) to track leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of engaging Fortune 500 clients.
Experience working with C-suite executives and operational teams in technical product sales.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Familiarity with technical products (e.g., automation or environmental solutions) and technically oriented teams.
Willingness to travel up to 30%.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a strong plus.
