- Payment range $240k - $310k annual with 1099 – depending on work load and the doctors interests. - Prefer Physician with experience - Physicians looking for long term relationship are encouraged to apply - Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatric Medicine - See patients in a Nursing Home setting - Flexible Hours - round and go - Weekend call 1:5 - Employed by a PRIVATE group (not the nursing home) - Physician would need to be able to obtain liability insurance (negotiable for partial or full reimbursement after 1 year of working) - Availability for benefits - customized - No night calls - Active New York license - DEA or ability to obtain one - Great location not too far from Manhattan and Queens
