We’re a doctor‑owned, growth‑oriented Dental Service Organization with two state‑of‑the‑art practices serving Broward County. Our culture is warm, family‑friendly, and relentlessly focused on clinical excellence and an outstanding patient experience. With digital workflows (iTero scanning, intra‑oral cameras, cloud PMS, and AI‑assisted diagnostics), a supportive multi‑disciplinary team, and robust marketing that keeps our schedules full, we are expanding and need an additional associate to help us meet growing demand.
Why We’re Hiring
Sustained Growth: Patient volumes have increased year‑over‑year, and we’re opening additional operatories in our new Weston location.
Quality Commitment: We set high standards for comprehensive, compassionate care and need another doctor who shares that vision.

You’ll provide full‑scope general dentistry to a diverse patient base while enjoying clinical autonomy, mentorship (if desired), and a clear path to increased responsibility or partnership. We want someone who can integrate smoothly into our tight‑knit, upbeat team and contribute to our positive culture.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
Deliver restorative, prosthodontic, endodontic, periodontal, and surgical treatments within scope of training.
Provide preventive services and patient education that build trust and long‑term oral health.
Utilize digital dentistry tools (iTero scanners, intra‑oral cameras, AI radiography) to enhance accuracy and communication.
Maintain thorough, accurate clinical records and chart notes in our cloud‑based PMS.
Collaborate seamlessly with hygienists, assistants, and front‑office team to optimize patient flow and same‑day dentistry.
Uphold OSHA, CDC, and HIPAA standards for infection control and patient privacy.
Participate in peer reviews, case presentations, and ongoing quality‑improvement initiatives.
Engage in continuing education and community outreach events representing the practice.
Qualifications & Skills

Unrestricted Florida dental license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
2+ years of clinical experience preferred; motivated new grads encouraged to apply.
Bilingual – fluent in both Spanish and English (highly preferred).
Competency with digital radiography, scanners, and paperless charting.
Excellent chairside manner, communication, and patient‑centered treatment philosophy.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑doctor environment while maintaining meticulous quality.
Commitment to ethical practice and lifelong learning.
